Social Influence

LI : To evaluate peer pressure, digital interactions and social influences

We unpacked how in a world of followers and influencers, how we can stay the ‘Navigator’ of our own lives.

We enjoyed working on this project because it proves that people don’t need to participate in things that they don’t want to do for their friends and epescially when others peer pressures you to do something your not combfortable with. It dosen’t matter do what you feel like.

Addition

What we were doing for maths was addition we were doing it in our books and than we would put it on to our google draw so we can blog them and show what we are doing and what we were learning in maths.We did one big so we can show a what we have learnt and we even started to write how we did the maths.

Agent of Change

For this week task we decided to create an Agent of change. For this task we decided to create our goals for 2026 and what college, I wanted to go and what, I was gonna do in life and we putted our favourte things that we like into our Agent of change and then we did what we are and what were gonna be when we go to college.

Ko Wai Ahau

Kia ora, my name is Sweete and i am a student leader at Panmure Bridge School for 2026, and I am excited to see what this School has in store for me and the others and i am so excited to get started to learn. My goals is to be better at my work and to be a good leader for this year and to have a good knowledge for next year.

SLJ – Art in the web – [kick start]

For the Summer Learning Journey Step it up activity, I was challenged to get creative and break out those scissors to do some more challenging crafting. For this step up activity, we would need paper, and some toilet rolls. I watched a video on “how to” to help us learn to cut the toilet rolls to create little spiders and paper to cut out spiderwebs. We also watched an article video called SpiderWebs Artists at Work. After we finished doing all of the activity, we had a go on playing the Summer Learning Journey SpiderWeb Quiz game. Something I learned in the video is that spiderwebs are tricky as their designs are difficult. An activity I found hard was trying to cut out the spiderwebs because there were lots of layers but turned out cool!

Legs Tally [Kick Start]

For this summer learning journey task, We found out alot more about giant centipedes. We answered questions and that lead to us using our brain and learning much more facts about centipedes, i also made a word problem myself that involves centipedes aswell, i hope that you guys can learn more to!

Summer Learning Journey – Octopus Oddities ( Kick Start )

Our task for this week Summer Learning Journey was to create an illustration using the colour page that was given. A fact that I have learnt about octopi ( Group of octopus ), is that they have three hearts and they do not have red blood but they have blue blood.

I found this task very interesting because it shows me facts and helps me learn about the topic which is Critters and Creatures. Overall this task was interesting and fun at the same time only because of using different colours and different methods to create different colours.

Mosha’s Special Leg

This is 2025 Mosha’s Special Leg Template for Summer Learning Journey we were making a leg for Mosha’s beacuse Mosh’ s leg was gone but we got to decorate it and we got to show it . This is the leg that I made for it, it has all sorts of pattners all over the leg that I made. I think that I did an amazing  job on this leg beause, this is an important part that i did, it show patterns that I like . The colours are nice and beautiful , I like how i usedbright colours for this project.

Mrs Spider’s Beautiful Web – Summarising

This week for reading Miss Tele’a was talking about Mrs Spider’s Beautiful Web. We were learning to do summarising which means saying something in a shorter way. We used a paper to write down what happened in the beginning, middle and end of the book. I told my group what to write for the beginning. Then we put it on our slides.
